Yesterday I chased a sparrow hawk

Richard and me were walking along the Maxey Cut yesterday when a sparrowhawk flew along the bank in front of us, very slowly as it weighed down by a very heavy weight. Off I went after it and for once I quickly caught it up! After flapping slowly along for several seconds the sparrowhawk dropped its prey and flew up and off! Leaving behind a very dead moorhen.
